Preamble
These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter "GTS") apply to all orders placed via the website www.amenchrist.com (hereinafter "the Site"), operated by the micro-enterprise RCpromedia (525 041 695 R.C.S. Salon-de-Provence), hereinafter referred to as "the Seller," by any natural or legal person making a purchase, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer."
The validation of an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTS.
1) Subject
The purpose of these GTS is to define the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer regarding the sale of digital access and products offered on the Site, including access to generator tools, the library, resources, and the associated usage and resale licenses.
2) Products and Services
The products sold are exclusively digital services and content:
Access to a platform for creating Christian designs.
Generator modules (clocks, templates, verses, bookmarks, etc.).
Digital resource library.
Usage licenses including resale rights for all generated creations.
Provision of exportable files in PDF, PNG, and JPG formats.
No physical products are delivered.
3) Orders
Any order definitively binds the Customer upon validation of payment. Access to the platform and/or the customer area is provided immediately after payment confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of proven or suspected fraud.
4) Price
Prices are displayed in Euros (€), all taxes included (TTC). The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
5) Payment
Payment is made online via secure providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). No bank details are stored on the Seller’s servers. The order is only effective once payment has been confirmed by the banking institution.
6) Delivery of Products
Digital products are accessible immediately after payment validation via:
Access to the member area.
A download link.
A confirmation email.
No physical delivery is performed.
7) Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase. The Customer expressly waives this right when confirming their order.
8) Refunds
As digital products are provided immediately, they are neither exchangeable nor refundable once downloaded or accessed. In the event of a technical issue (invalid link, impossible access), the Customer may contact support via the Contact / Support section. A solution will be proposed (resending the link, technical assistance, etc.).
9) License & Usage Rights
The purchase or subscription grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and personal license to use the platform and the content provided. The Customer is expressly authorized to:
Generate files (PDF, PNG, JPG).
Use these files for personal or commercial purposes.
Resell creations produced via the platform, in compliance with the included licenses.
Any contrary use (reselling access to the platform itself, sharing login credentials, reproducing internal tools) is strictly prohibited.
10) Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages or the inability to access the platform due to circumstances beyond its control (internet failure, Customer hardware issues, etc.). The total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer.
11) Personal Data
Data collected during the order (name, email, billing) is used for managing the commercial relationship and is processed in accordance with the Site's Privacy Policy. The Customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, and deletion of their data via support.
12) Governing Law and Disputes
These GTS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent French courts.
